AFPC has clearly defined corporate objectives and strategies, some of these are:
- Develop the discovered Fields using latest international technology.
- Maximize the economic recovery of Hydrocarbons from discovered oil fields.
- Maintain high rates of oil production for as long as possible.
- Develop and train National staff to enable the company to replace expatriates staff.
- Support the Syrian economy and the development of social services in the country.
